Our Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) uses computers networks to store, transmit, and view digital radiology images.
Bayradiology launched our PACS implementation more than a decade ago when we transitioned to a film-less practice. Our state-of-the-art PACS system has won numerous awards internationally, and we continue our quest to be a leader in technological excellence.

PET/CT (the only one in the Eastern Cape)
Bayradiology installed a new Positron Emission Tomography / Computed Tomography (PET/CT) Scanner at our specialist Oncology branch in
Mangold Street, Gqeberha. This first scanner of its kind in the
Eastern Cape allows us to serve oncology patients who previously had to fly to Cape Town, Durban or Johannesburg for these scans. The scanner is predominantly used for scanning oncology patients and combines a Nuclear scan with a CT scan.

Bayradiology installed a new Positron Emission Tomography / Computed Tomography (PET/CT) Scanner at our specialist Oncology branch in Mangold Street, Gqeberha. Out-of-Hospital Branches
Bayradiology has six Out-Of-Hospital (OOH) facilities for radiographic examinations. These OOH branches have grown hugely in popularity during Covid-times.
